Pricing

At Art Touch Design, we reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors without prior notice. Products may also become unavailable due to being sold out.

Prices are displayed in Dollars.

For deliveries outside the USA, prices exclude VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout, and VAT is adjusted based on the delivery address according to applicable laws.

For non-USA orders, additional customs taxes and clearance fees may apply and will be billed by the shipping company upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price. Local laws may allow smaller orders to pass without fees, so we advise checking your country’s regulations for details.


Payment

Art Touch Design accepts multiple payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account once your order has shipped.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or remove products from sale.


Warranty

Under USA law, you are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for material or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Art Touch Design covers return shipping costs within reason.

Contact us via email before sending any returns, as cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.


Refunds

To process a refund, please provide your bank details (registration and account numbers) via email. This information is secure and used solely for the refund process.


Right of Withdrawal

You have a 90-day right of withdrawal for purchases made in our online store. The period begins:

  • When you receive the item.
  • Upon receiving the last item in a multi-item order delivered separately or in parts.
  • Upon receiving the first delivery in a subscription order.

You must notify us via email within 90 days and return the product within the same period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The withdrawal notice must explicitly state your intent to return the item. Non-domestic customers must arrange and cover return shipping.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Opened items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items mixed inseparably with others upon delivery.
  • Services or digital content where fulfillment began with explicit consent.
  • Newspapers, magazines, or auction items.

Returns

Items must be returned securely packaged with a copy of the order confirmation. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during the return transit. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Returned items must be in original condition. Excessive use or handling beyond what is needed to assess the product’s nature or function may reduce the refund amount based on diminished value.


Refund Payments

Refunds are processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any return costs or reductions for diminished value will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned product.
